A ridiculous work load.
Nothing cleans out the head like not having the luxury of introspective thought.

I having been Swingin' Hammer for 2 weeks straight now at my new job and I feel great. I have little time to sleep, but I'm in a work hard/ party hard environment surrounded by people with a like mindset. I have lost weight, made money and put a lot of things into perspective.

I know I'm in a good place when my to do list is growing...
